Over money difference | National Army kills smuggler in north al-Raqqa

Al-Raqqa province: SOHR activists, in the Peace Spring area, have reported that a member of the Turkey-backed National Army has killed a civilian working in smuggling the people to Turkey by shooting him in al-Shoukan village near Selouk town in north al-Raqqa.

According to SOHR, a clash erupted over the money share between the smuggler and a member of the National Army has escalated to shooting the smuggler immediate death.

On August 24, SOHR activists reported that a young man died due to the wounds he sustained few days ago in clashes between the military police and the civil police in the vicinity of Ras al-Ayn hospital in “Peace Spring” areas in the countryside of Al-Hasakah.
