New attacks | Israeli missiles hit Iranian-backed militias’ centres for developing weapons in Rif Dimashq

SOHR sources have confirmed that Israeli strikes hit military positions containing centres used by Iranian-backed militias for developing weapons in the scientific research centres in Barzeh and Jamraya in Rif Dimashq, but no casualties have been reported. Meanwhile, ambulances were seen rushing to the targeted sites which have been cordoned off.

On August 20, SOHR activists documented the death of four persons (one Iraqi, one Iranian and two Syrians) working with the Lebanese Hezbollah, as Israeli strikes hit an ammunition warehouse and positions of the Lebanese Hezbollah in Qarra area in Rif Dimashq near the Syria-Lebanon border.
