HTS repression | Two media activists arrested in refugee camp on Syria border with Iskenderun region

Idlib province: SOHR sources have reported that HTS security services have arrested two siblings who have been displaced from Kafr Nabudah town in Hama countryside and work as media activists. The two activists were arrested last night in al-Anadoul camp, which is affiliated to Kafr Lusin camps in the northern countryside of Idlib on the Syria border with Iskenderun, for unknown reasons. It is worth noting that Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham had arrested the activists’ third brother in April for “communicating with the International Coalition”, before the husband of the activists’ sister was arrested also by HTS.

In September 2, SOHR activists reported that HTS security services arrested a Syrian Jihadist who was a former member of Huras al-Deen group before he gave up fighting. The jihadist was arrested in Salqeen city in Idlib countryside, after prosecution by HTS for months.
