New assassination | ISIS cells kill Iraqi refugee in “Al-Hawl mini-state”

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR activists have documented the death of an Iraqi refugee in the first section of al-Hawl camp, after being shot by unknown gunmen, but believed to be of ISIS cells.

 

On August 27, SOHR activists documented the death of an Iraqi refugee in the first section of al-Hawl camp, after being shot by unknown gunmen, but believed to be of ISIS cells.

 

It is worth noting that the number of murders committed in al-Hawl camp since the end of the first phase of the large-scale security campaign has reached 29, which indicates to alarming escalation of killings in the camp.
