Aerial operations escalate | Russian jets renew their airstrikes on rural Idlib

SOHR activists have reported that the Russian fighter jets renewed their airstrikes on the “de-escalation zone” as a part of the considerable escalation in the recent time, as several airstrikes have been executed on positions nearby Deir Sonbol in the southern countryside of Idlib and the outskirts of Sheikh Bahr area in the north-west of Idlib. No casualties have been reported so far.

 

Yesterday, SOHR sources reported that Russian fighter jets renewed their airstrikes on the “de-escalation zone”, targeting al-Khudur frontline in Jabal al-Akrad in northern Latakia, along with flights by Russian reconnaissance drones over the southern countryside of Idlib and north Latakia countryside.

 

Earlier in the morning, SOHR sources reported that Russian fighter jets renewed their airstrikes on the “de-escalation zone” this morning, targeting positions in al-Bara town which hosts a Turkish observation post in Jabal al-Zawiyah in the southern countryside of Idlib. However, no casualties were reported.
