Aleppo | Clashes renew between Turkey-backed factions and Manbij Military Council at frontlines of eastern Aleppo countryside

Aleppo province: Clashes with medium and heavy weapons have taken place in the early hours of Sunday between Mabij Military Council under control of SDF on one side and the Turkish-backed factions on the other at the frontlines of al-Yashly, Tal ALy and al-Gotal in eastern Aleppo countryside, but no casualties have been reported yet.

Yesterday, SOHR sources reported that the Turkish forces stationed in a military base in al-Sheikh Naser village bombarded positions in areas controlled by SDF-backed military formations in Manbij countryside, where artillery shells hit the populated villages of al-Sayada, Om Ads and al-Dandaliya, but no casualties have been reported.

A few hours earlier, SOHR activists reported that Kurdish forces targeted a military vehicle of al-Jabha al-Shamiyyah, with a guided missile, on the frontline of Mar’anaz village in Aleppo countryside. However no casualties were reported.

On the other hand, an artillery shell of unknown origin hit a position near Baish Jarab village in al-Bab countryside, which caused material damage only.
