Autonomous Administration | Civilian wounded by Turkish forces sniper in north al-Raqqa

SOHR activists have reported in al-Raqqa that a civilian has sustained wounds after been shot by sniper from the Turkish forces side during his presence in Hoshan village in west Ain Essa countryside in north al-Raqqa countryside.

The wounded man was transferred to a hospital immediately while the Turkish forces have bombarded al-Khalidiyah village in Ain Essa countryside wounding another civilian.

Earlier, SOHR activists, in al-Darbasyah area in al-Hasakah countryside, reported that four young men from the area have been beaten by the Turkish border guard forces (Jandarma) while that had attempted to reach the Turkish lands illegally from al-Darbasyah countryside at the border between the two countries.

One of the young men, whose ages ranged from 18 to 20 years, sustained severe wounds. Meanwhile, the Turkish Defense arrested six persons including two SDF’s members in similar attempted illegal smuggling. But, SOHR sources denied the Turkish allegations stressing the arrested people are only four civilians who are affiliated to any military side.
