Deir Ezzor province: SOHR activists have reported that joint forces of regime-controlled military security and military police forces in the past few hours have carried out arrests in areas under its control in Deir Ezzor and its countryside like al-Boukamal and al-Mayadeen against those fled the obligatory conscription and the regime-backed fighters in National defense, al-Qatergy and Liwaa al-Qoudis al-Falastini factions whose security cards were expired and not renewed yet. According to SOHR, the campaign has arrested at least 38 persons.

On Sept. 10, reliable sources in west Euphrates region informed SOHR that the command of Iranian-backed militias in al-Tammu neighbourhood in al-Mayadeen city forced the regime’s military police to evacuate their posts and checkpoints in al-Jaradiq area in al-Mayadeen city centre in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor. According to SOHR sources, the Iranians expelled the military police from their posts for supporting the National Defence Forces (NDF) during a disagreement against members of an Iranian-backed militia.
