Violations by Turkish-backed factions | “Al-Jabha al-Shamiyyah” arrests minor girl from “al-Mash-hour” tribe at checkpoint in Tel Abyad city

Al-Raqqah province: SOHR activists in “Peace Spring” areas have confirmed that Turkish-backed militiamen of “al-Jabha al-Shamiyyah” have arrested a girl under the age of eighteen, while she was passing through the checkpoint of Um al-Kharateem on the outskirts of al-Ali Bajiliyah town in the countryside of Tel Abyad (Keri Sebi) in northern al-Raqqah. According to SOHR activists, the girl is from “al-Mash-hour” tribe in al-Ali Bajiliyah town, and she was arrested for unknown reasons so far.

 

On September 14, SOHR activists reported the arrest of a member of Ras al-Ain Local Council by the Turkey-backed civil police for unknown reasons.

 

It is worth noting that the arrested man served as an official in the civil registry and transportation directorate in the local council in Ras al-Ain (Sere Kaniye).
