For unknown reasons | SDF storm several houses in eastern Deir Ezzor, arresting nearly ten people

Deir Ezzor province: SOHR activists say that Syria Democratic Forces stormed several houses in Abu Hamam town in the western countryside of Deir Ezzro this dawn, arresting nine people, including a family of three. However, the reasons behind this security campaign and the arrest of these people remained unknown.

On September 4, SOHR sources reported that SDF, backed by International Coalition helicopters, arrested a man from Theban town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor a day earlier for “working for ISIS cells”.

On the other hand, SDF-backed Counter-Terrorism Special Units (H.A.T.) stormed a post of the Self-Defence Forces near the Euphrates river in Abreha village in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor where they arrested two fighters for “facilitating the smuggling of people to regime-held areas”.
