Drone attack | International Coalition bombardment kill two leaders of al-Qaeda-affiliated faction including Tunisian, while HTS arrests ten civilians on charges of collaboration and giving coordinates

Idlib province: SOHR activists have reported that two leaders of a faction close to al-Qaeada group including a Tunisian were killed, in a drone attack by the International Coalition by targeting their Kia Rio car, on the road between Idlib-Binnish in east Idlib province.

On the other hand, HTS arrested, few weeks ago, nearly ten people including media activists and displaced people from Hama, Damascus and Idlib, who were accused of collaborating with the International Coalition and providing coordinates for targeting the car. However, their fate remained unknown till now.

Earlier today, SOHR activists reported that an unidentified drone, but believed to be affiliated to the International Coalition, attacked a vehicle on the road between Binnish and Idlib city in Idlib countryside. SOHR sources suggested that the commander of a jihadi organization was traveling in the car, when it was attacked. However, no further details were reported on the identity of the commander or the exact number of people who were in the car, as plumes of smoke were seen after the car burned down due to the drone attack.
