For 2nd day in row | Striking settlement continues in Tal Shehab and searching houses by regime and Russian police anticipated

Darra province: SOHR activists have reported that striking settlement in Tal Shehab in west Daraa countryside continues for the second day in a row where nearly 400 wanted civilians for conscription and local gunmen so far have reached a settlement that coincided with handing over the individual and medium weapons.

In a later process, searching the houses and re-deployment of the regime forces in the city and its countryside in light of the deal signed between the regime security committee and dignitaries in Tal Shehab under Russian mediation.

Yesterday, SOHR activists reported that hundreds of civilians had struck new reconciliations in Tel Shehab town in Daraa countryside and handed over their weapons, where the number of these people exceeded 300, including armed men, military deserters and people who passed their date of joining mandatory service.

The process of striking the new reconciliations and handing over of weapons will continue until tomorrow as a part of implementation of agreements reached in the western countryside of Daraa.

Earlier yesterday, SOHR sources reported the entry of regime forces, security services and the Russian military police to Tel Shehab town as a part of ongoing process of striking new reconciliations in west Daraa countryside. The regime forces and Russian military police established a centre for striking the new reconciliations in a school in the town in accordance with the agreement reached between the Central Committee and the security committee in Daraa city. The agreement stipulated for striking new reconciliations, handing over of weapons and deployment of military forces in al-Yadoudah, al-Muzayrib and Tafas in the western countryside of Daraa.
