Backed by Coalition helicopters | SDF arrest 12 people for “dealing with the National Army and ISIS cells” in Deir Ezzor countryside

Deir Ezzor province: SOHR sources have reported that SDF Special Units and Counter-Terrorism Special Units (H.A.T.) have stormed the villages of Abu Khashab town in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, backed by helicopters of the International Coalition, where they arrested eight people for “dealing with the factions of the Turkish-backed National Army and ISIS cells”. Moreover, SDF carried out a security campaign in al-Jasimi village in the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor yesterday, with Coalition air support, arresting four people for “belonging to ISIS cells”

 

Yesterday, SOHR SDF Special Units, backed by helicopters of the International Coalition, launched a security campaign in al-Boma’eesh neighbourhood in al-Hasakah city on Tuesday, arresting a media activist and his brother, after they cordoned off the neighbourhood. Local sources reported that the two arrested men were members of ISIS cells, as weapons, documents and communication devices on their possession were confiscated.
