Ceasefire violations | Russian-backed officer killed Idlib, while Russian jets strike positions in Aleppo countryside

SOHR activists have documented the death of a lieutenant in the Division 25 which is affiliated to regime forces and backed by Russian forces on the frontlines of Idlib countryside.

 

SOHR activists monitored a bombardment by Russian fighter jets with at least one airstrike on the frontline of the Regiment 111 in al-Sheikh Sulaiman area in the outskirts of Darrat Azza in the western countryside of Aleppo. However, no casualties have been reported yet.

 

Earlier today, SOHR sources reported that Russian fighter jets executed four airstrikes with vacuum missiles, targeting the surrounding areas of al-Ghassaniyah and al-Aliyah villages in Jisr al-Shughur countryside in western Idlib. However, no further details were reported about the number of casualties and material damage caused by the recent airstrikes.
