Clashes in Tal Brak countryside

al-Hasakah province: IS militants targeted YPG bastions in the southern countryside of Tal Brak, reports of killing 2 women and a man by IS shells in al-Hasakah city. A captain in regime forces and a commander in IS were killed by clashes between the two sides in the city of Hasakah. Clashes continued in al-Neshwa neighborhood between regime forces and IS amid regime’s bombardment on the area, the regime advanced in the neighborhood, confirmed reports of losses in IS.
