Ongoing Turkish-backed factions violations | Opposition factions member opens fire on civilians in front of a bakery in al-Raqqa

Al-Raqqa province: SOHR activists have reported that three persons were injured, including one in severe conditions, after being shoot by an armed member of the Turkish-backed 20th Division, in a fight in front a bakery store in Tal Abyad city north al-Raqqa.

It is worth noting that the power and domination of the Turkish-backed factions over civilians is increasing, where they commit daily violations against civilians with absence of a deterrent.

On September 21, SOHR sources reported that the Turkish-backed military police and Turkish Intelligence service arrested four dignitaries from al-Ali Bajiliyah town in Tel Abyad countryside (Teri Sebi) in al-Raqqah countryside, in areas under the control of “Peace Spring” operations room.

According to SOHR activists, the arrested men are notables of al-Boassaf and al-Bokhamees tribes.

SOHR activists in “Peace Spring” areas confirmed that Turkish-backed militiamen of “al-Jabha al-Shamiyyah” arrested a girl under the age of eighteen, while she was passing through the checkpoint of Um al-Kharateem on the outskirts of al-Ali Bajiliyah town in the countryside of Tel Abyad (Keri Sebi) in northern al-Raqqah.
