War ordnance | Explosion kills child and wounds others in Afrin countryside

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have reported death of a child and wounding of two others due to explosion of a cluster bomb of the war ordnance near al-Zyrah village in Sheru neighborhood in Afrin countryside north Aleppo.

Earlier in the day, SOHR sources documented the death of a child and injury of three others in the explosion of an unexploded bomb in Dar’aman camp nearby Termanin village in northern Idlib on the Syria border with Iskenderun region.

Syrian Observatory activists have documented the death of 602 people, including 80 women and 213 children, by mines and IED explosions and the collapse of cracked residential buildings in several areas of the Syrian territory in Homs, Hama, Deir Ezzor, Aleppo and the Syrian South since early January 2019.
