Security instability in Deir Ezzor | Unidentified gunmen target bread bakery with RPG, while SDF confiscate motorbikes

Deir Ezzor province: SOHR activists have reported that unidentified gunmen targeted, with an RPG, al-Hamd bread bakery in Zeiban town in eastern Deir Ezzor, before they escaped. However, no casualties have been reported yet.

 

On the other hand, SDF patrols have confiscated motorbikes in al-Busayra city in east Deir Ezzor countryside. SDF member also arrested a young man, while he was filming the patrol.

 

On October 7, SOHR activists reported that a body with signs of torture of unknown man was found near Suwialam village between Rowaished village and al-Sowar town in north Deir Ezzor. Medical sources reported that the death happened on October 4.

 

The accident comes amid growing ISIS cells activities that target civilians and military men from the forces affiliated with the SDF.
