After restoration of building | Unknown assailants explode State Security building west Daraa

Daraa province: SOHR activists have reported that unidentified assailants have deliberately yesterday exploded branch of State Security in al-Shagrah town in west Daraa countryside, while the people woke up today on blasting part of the building that has been restored by the regime institution to reopen it after settlements were concluded.

On the other hand, regime forces in the morning have started with settling the conditions of the wanted in al-Jizah village in east Daraa countryside, that coincided with the spread of the regime forces in the streets of Syda town in east Daraa for combing the areas in light of the settlements that have been striking in Daraa province under Russian mediation.

On Oct. 11, Russian military police demanded militant groups that its members claimed their affiliation to Liwa 8th in Syda, al-Naeimah and Kaheel towns to hand over their weapons.

It is worth noting that the regime-backed security committee has exit the settlement center in Syda after the population rejected to hand over their weapons.
SOHR activists reported that the new settlement operation was suspended in Syda and al-Naeimah town in east Daraa countryside due to the differences that happened between the regime forces on one side and population in the region who formerly joined Russian-backed 5th Crops who rejected handing their weapons which caused suspension of the deal that was reached between the security committee of the regime and the regional dignitaries under Russian mediation. That deal stipulated striking settlement with the dissidents and deserters of the conscription in the regime forces and to hand number of weapons and search some houses in presence of the military and the Russian police.

On the other hand, the security committee has threatened to bombard al-Naeimah and Syda in east Daraa countryside and demanded the deportation of those rejecting to run new settlements amid complete rejection of the wanted to hand their weapons and strike settlements.
