“De-escalation zone” | Regime rocket fire on Idlib countryside leaves many injured

SOHR sources have reported that regime forces fired several rockets this morning on the surrounding areas of Marrat Misrin city in Idlib countryside, which injured a child. Moreover, four civilians working in harvesting olive in a farmland in Bayanin in south Idlib countryside sustained various injuries in similar bombardment by regime forces.

Yesterday, SOHR activists reported that a regime lieutenant died affected by the wounds he sustained previously on the frontlines of Aleppo countryside.

Similarly, a regime soldier was killed due to bombardment by opposition faction on the frontlines of Idlib countryside.

These developments coincided with the ongoing clashes between regime forces and opposition factions on the frontlines of the “de-escalation zone”.

SOHR sources in the “de-escalation zone” reported earlier clashes with heavy and medium weapons between opposition factions on one hand, and regime forces and their proxy militias on the other, on the frontline of Miznaz-Kafr Nouran in the western countryside of Aleppo.

The clashes coincided with exchange of bombardment.

On the other hand, regime forces shelled positions in regime-controlled villages of Tqad, Kafr Ta’al in the western countryside of Aleppo and the surrounding areas of Ariha city in the southern countryside of Idlib. However, no casualties have been reported so far.
