Civilians injured in rebels’ ground shelling on Jurin, while regime soldier killed in Latakia countryside
SOHR activists have reported that a regime soldier was killed and others were injured by gunfire by opposition faction’s snipers in al-Hadada frontline in the northern countryside of Latakia.
On the other hand, a young man and his mother were injured after opposition factions operating in Sahl al-Ghab had shelled Jurin town with rockets in the western countryside of Hama. The factions also targeted regime positions in the same area.
Meanwhile, regime forces have bombarded, with artillery shells, al-Bara village in Jabal al-Zawiyah and Arhab village in western Aleppo. However, no casualties have been reported yet.
SOHR activists had documented the injury of four civilians, including two children and a woman, as a result of rocket attacks by regime forces on the outskirts of Darat Izza town in the western countryside of Aleppo, in the “de-escalation zone”.
Earlier today, SOHR sources reported that Russian fighter jets executed three airstrikes on al-Bara and Kansafra frontlines in Jabal al-Zawiyah in southern Idlib, but no casualties were reported. It is worth noting that today’s airstrikes come after suspension of Russian aerial operations for nearly three days.
