Infiltration attempt | Regime forces attack rebel positions on al-Bara frontlines

SOHR sources in the “de-escalation zone” have reported clashes on al-Bara frontline in Jabal al-Zawiyah in the southern countryside of Idlib between regime forces and opposition factions following an infiltration attempt, this dawn, by regime forces and their proxy militias into positions of the factions. However, no casualties have been reported.

On the other hand, regime forces shelled positions on the frontlines of Fulayfel and Bayanin in the southern countryside of Idlib, but no casualties have been reported.

Last night, SOHR activists documented that regime forces brought in military reinforcement to Saraqib city in Idlib countryside.

The recently-arrived reinforcement comprised over 50 vehicles including tanks and personnel carriers, and they entered Saraqib city in the early hours of Tuesday morning. According to sources, the reinforcement came from several frontlines in Idlib.

On the other hand, Turkish forces raised combat readiness and asked al-Fath al-Mubin operations room’s members to raise their combat readiness and stay alert.

SOHR sources reported violent clashes, with artillery and heavy weapons, which lasted for over an hour between Turkish forces and al-Fath al-Mubin on one hand, and regime forces on the other, on Saraqib frontlines.
