New military reinforcements | Regime, Russian forces plant mines on frontlines of Turkey-backed factions in north Aleppo

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have reported the arrival of new military reinforcements of the regime forces to Kafr Intwan area within the Kurdish forces-held areas in al Shohabaa areas in north Aleppo. IT was formed of 17 armored vehicles, soldiers carriers, trucks loaded with heavy weapons and ammunitions.

This is the third reinforcement that entered the region since the Turkish media escalation and talks about military operation for targeting Turkish forces-held areas in north Aleppo countryside. According to SOHR, Rusiana dn regime forces engineering teams have planted large number of mines along the road of the frontlines that separate between the Kurdish forces and the regime backed-areas in north Aleppo and the Turkish force and its proxies in Euphrates Shield and Olive Branch two regions.

It is worth noting that the Kurdish forces have withdrawn from Mangh International Airport in north Aleppo countryside for the interest of the Russian forces in October 2017 after the Kurdish forces captured the airport in February 2016 from hands of the Islamic and opposition factions.

On November 5, SOHR sources reported that regime forces brought in several batches of reinforcement in the past few days to positions in the northern countryside of Manbij, along al-Sajour line in the area between al-Arimah and Awn al-Dadat crossing which connect regime-held areas and SDF-controlled areas. Also, regime forces deployed troops along M4 highway in the sector running through the east of Manbij city.

It is worth noting that the new reinforcement, which had been deployed along al-Sajour line in northern Manbij and M4 highway for the first time since regime forces entered the region after coordination with SDF, comprised soldiers, tanks and heavy guns
