Scouting by Russian jets | Regime forces bombard positions in Sahl al-Ghab, Jabal al-Akrad

 

The frontlines of al-Futirah in south Idlib and vicinity of Saraqeb exchange of attacks with medium and heavy machine guns between regime forces and proxy gunmen on one side and the factions in the region on the other in the early hours of Wednesday.

On the other hand, regime forces have bombarded areas in vicinity of Kafrnouran village in west Aleppo countryside and other regions in Sahl al-Ghab in northwest Hama and Koubanah frontlines in Jabal al-Akrad in north Latakia countryside. But no casualties have been reported yet.

Meanwhile, continuous Russian scouting drones have been flying over Idlib over hours until the moment.

Yesterday, SOHR sources reported that regime-backed militiamen opened heavy machinegun fire on a Turkish earth-moving machinery, while erecting soil barriers on the frontline in Afes town, near the frontlines of Saraqeb city in Idlib countryside. No casualties were reported, as the earth-moving machinery withdrew.

It is worth noting that Turkish forces are erecting soil barriers and digging long trenches near the frontline in Afes town and the frontlines of Saraqeb with the aim to confront any surprise attack by regime forces to advance further into Idlib province.
