After arresting civilian in al-Bab | Sporadic clashes erupt between “Waki” family and military police

SOHR activists have reported that sporadic clashes with machineguns have occurred between an armed group of “Waki” family and the military police. These clashes followed the arrest of a suspicious civilian by the military police.

Moreover, SOHR sources have reported that gunmen of “Waki” family on a motorcycle opened heavy fire on military police building, in an attempt by “ Waki” gunmen to exert pressure on the military police to release their son.

In addition, the Military Police have brought in military reinforcement nearby the targeted building, giving the family time to break up military gathering.
