79th Russia- Turkey joint patrol | Russian and Turkish forces tour Ain al-Arab (Kobani) countryside, east of Aleppo

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have reported seeing Russian and Turkish forces running a new joint patrol in the countryside of Ain al-Arab (Kobani) on Monday morning, as the patrol which comprised eight Russian and Turkish military vehicles and two helicopters set off from Ghareeb village, west of Kobani on Syria-Turkey border, and toured some villages  in the region, then they returned back to Ghareb village, where Turkish military vehicles entered from a gate near Ghareeb village, while Russian ones returned to their position in the countryside of Kobani.

 

It is worth noting that this is the 79th joint patrol between Russian and Turkish forces since an agreement reached between the two sides regarding conducting joint patrols in north Syria region.
