With flights by Coalition jets | US stationed at al-Tanaf base launch four long-range missiles on the desert

SOHR activists have monitored that the United States forces stationed at al-Tanaf base in the 55-kilometre zone on Syria-Iraq-Jordan border triangle, have launched four long-range missiles towards the west of its base. However, it is not known if the missiles hit Iran-backed militias’ positions or ISIS hideouts in Syrian desert and its surroundings

This comes with flights by fighter jets of the International Coalition in the airspace of the 55-kilometre zone.

On November 18, SOHR sources reported that “Maghaweer al-Thawrah” group started military exercises this morning with live ammunition at al-Tanaf base in the 55-kilometre zone, near Syria-Iraq-Jordan border triangle, with the aim to raise combat readiness of the group’s members. It is worth noting that US forces participated in these drills.
