To collect ransoms | Turkish-backed Military Police arrest three Afrin residents

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have reported that a Military police patrol has raided civilians’ houses in Kafr Safra village in Jinderes district in Afrin countryside, and arrested three civilians including a woman, on charges of “dealing with the former Autonomous Administration”, and took them to military centers in Jinderes district to collect ransoms from their relatives.

On the other hand, the Military Police released four civilians from Kafr Safra village after their relatives had paid the ransoms, where the civilians were arrested on November 17, on charges of “dealing with the former Autonomous Administration”.

On November 21, SOHR sources reported that a patrol of “Mohamed al-Fateh” faction which controls Mast Ashour village in Ma’batli district arrested two civilians from the village for “dealing with the former Autonomous Administration”. The two men were taken to the headquarters of the faction in that district.

On the same day, November 21, “al-Sham Corps”, which is close to Turkish Intelligence, arrested a civilian from Fafarteen village in Shirawa district for unknown reasons.
