To collect ransoms | Muhammed al-Fateh faction arrests civilians in Afrin countryside

SOHR activists have reported that a patrol of “Muhammed al-Fateh” faction that controls Ma’mal Ushagi village in Rajo district, arrested two civilians in the village on November 24, on charges of “dealing with the former Autonomous Administration” to collect ransoms for their release.

On November 25, a Military Police patrol arrested the mayor of “al-Sena’a neighborhood” in Jinderes district after raiding his house, but the reasons and motivations remained unknown.

On the other hand, a Civil Police patrol raided a house in Deir Suwan village in Shiran and arrested a civilian from the village, without knowing the charges against him.
