Bread crisis in SDF-held areas |protestors block roads in Northern Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor Province: As bread crisis continues amid of deteriorating living conditions in SDF-held areas, SOHR activists have reported that a group of residents have set rubber tires on fire, blocking roads in the villages of al-Jasmy and al-Harijiya in the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor, protesting oven suspension nearly five days ago. However The Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria has Stopped supplying furnaces with subsidized flour for unknown reasons.

On November 11, SOHR activists reported cutting roads with flamed tires by populations in villages and towns of al-Hawa’g in Sowma’ah and al-Sa’wah in west Deir Ezzor to protest lifting subsidy of flour for bakeries and mills under control of the Autonomous Administration over ten days amid difficult living situation in the region.
