Joint patrol | Russian and Turkish forces tour villages and towns in northern Al-Hasakah

Syrian Observatory sources have reported seeing Russian and Turkish forces running a new joint patrol in the northern countryside of Al-Hasakah this morning. Four Russian military vehicles and four other Turkish, escorted by two Russian helicopters, set off from Sherek village in the western countryside of Al-Darbasiyyah and toured the towns and villages of Dalik, Malak, Aliyah, Abbas, Zahr Al-Arab, Kasra in the south of Abu Rasin, Qunaytara, Karshak and Salam Alik. After the patrol, the Turkish vehicles headed to Turkish territory, while the Russians returned to the airbase in Al-Qamishli city.

It is worth noting that US forces ran a patrol yesterday in the surrounding areas of Rumaylan city in north-eastern Al-Hasakah.
