Deir Ezzor countryside | International Coalition military exercises in Koniko gas field

Deir Ezzor province: The International Coalition forces stationed in Koniko gas field have bombarded ten artillery projectiles on unidentified targets and also fired flares near the forces base.

According to SOHR sources, the International Coalition forces have conducted training in the military base without causing security violations in the region.

On Nov. 17, SOHR activists reported that the International Coalition Forces and Syria Democratic Forces conducted joint drills with live ammunition at Al-Omar oil field, which hosts the largest US and International Coalition base in Syria, in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor. The drills included firing rockets from al-Omar oil field, that hit their targets in Daman desert, north of Deir Ezzor.
