Security chaos in “Euphrates shield” areas | Unidentified gunmen shoot two civilians in Jarabulus

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have documented the death of a civilian and injury of another today, after they were shot by unidentified gunmen driving a “Santa Fe” car in Jarabulus city which is under control of Turkish-backed militias in “Euphrates shield” areas in Aleppo countryside.

On November 12, SOHR activists reported that unidentified gunmen assassinated a commander of 9th Division which is affiliated to the Turkish-backed National Army, where they opened fire on him in front of his house in Jarabulus city in the eastern countryside of Aleppo.

On November 8, SOHR sources reported that Turkish-backed factions arrested a cell working for regime forces, as the cell’s agents worked on providing the Syrian regime with coordinates and positions on the factions of the “National Army”.

It is worth noting that regime and ISIS cells are prevalent in areas under the control of Turkish forces and their proxy factions, while these areas have experienced explosions in residential areas and attacks which have left casualties.
