New reinforcement | Turkish forces scout military checkpoints in Jabal Al-Arba’ein and bring logistical supplies to Jabal Al-Zawiyah

Idlib province: SOHR activists have reported that a Turkish patrol comprising ten armoured vehicles has set off from Al-Mastouma camp and headed towards checkpoints in Jabal Al-Arba’ein in Idlib countryside, in order to scout them.

In the same context, trucks carrying logistic materials and cement blocks passed through Bab Al-Hawa border crossing with Turkey, and headed towards the checkpoints in Jabal Al-Zawiyah.

Yesterday, SOHR activists reported that a patrol comprising several armored vehicles and Turkish soldiers went out on the road between Idlib and Bab al-Hawa and stopped at the junction of Batbou village, where the soldiers combed the region for landmines to protect the Turkish convoys.

On November 28, SOHR activists reported that large Turkish convoy exited primary posts in al-Mastouma, Taftanaz Airbase and Abin Sama’an western of Aleppo and headed towards posts in Jabal al-Zawiyah to reinforce Turkish positions in the mountain.
The convoy comprised trucks loaded with tanks and armored vehicles in addition to logistical supplies.
On November 25, SOHR sources monitored the arrival of ten Turkish trucks carrying weapons and ammunitions in Turkish military posts in Taftnaz airbase and al-Mastuma camp in Idlib countryside from Turkey.
According to Syrian Observatory sources, the arrival of the new reinforcement coincided with Turkish movements in most of the Turkish posts in the “de-escalation zone”, along with aerial and ground operations nearby the Turkish forces.
