81st joint patrol | Russian and Turkish forces tour Ain Al-Arab (Kobani) countryside

SOHR activists have reported seeing Russian and Turkish forces running a new joint patrol in the western countryside of Ain Al-Arab (Kobani) on Monday morning. This was the 81st joint patrol between Russian and Turkish forces since an agreement was reached between the two sides regarding ceasefire in north Syria region.
The patrol, which comprised eight Russian and Turkish military vehicles escorted by two Russian helicopters, set off from Ashmah village, west of Kobani, and toured villages of Hariqli Foqani, Quran, Dekmidash, Khorkhori, Boyan, Seftik, Radio zone, Jol bik and Tel Shaeer, before it returned back to Ashamah village, passing through villages of Susan, Qula, Qurah Qwah, Binder, Mashko, Jebnah, Harikly Fokany.

After the patrol, the Turkish military vehicles entered Turkey through the crossing near Ashmah village, while the Russian military vehicles returned to their headquarters near Sareen town, south of Kobani.
