New airdrop in Deir Ezzor | Coalition arrests civilians “for belonging to ISIS”

Deir Ezzor province: SDF-backed International Coalition Forces have carried out an airdrop on some houses in al-Shuhayl city in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor in the early hours of Tuesday morning, SOHR sources reported.

International Coalition Forces and SDF have arrested members of a displaced family from Mayadeen city “for belonging to ISIS”. The forces have blown up the displaced family’s house after arresting members of this family and taking them to an unknown destination, SOHR activists added.

On November 30, SOHR sources reported that International Coalition Forces, backed by SDF, carried out an airdrop in Hajin city in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

According to SOHR sources, the security campaign targeted the house of a former fighter of opposition factions, who had been in Turkey and returned to Syria a few months ago. During the security campaign, which lasted for four hours, Coalition Forces throw several stun grenades in the region, which caused panic among the residents.
