Second convoy in December| International Coalition brought in new reinforcement to its base “Koniko” gas field in Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor province: SOHR activists have reported seeing a convoy of 45 vehicles of the International Coalition carrying military and logistical supplies, heading towards the military base in “Koniko” gas field in the countryside  Deir Ezzor. The convoy crossed into Syria from Al-Waleed border crossing with the Kurdistan region of Iraq.

 

It worth noting that it is the second convoy to enter north-east Syria in December.

 

On December 2, SOHR activists monitored the entry of an International Coalition convoy into Syrian territory from Iraq, via Al-Yaarbiyah border crossing, heading to its military bases in Al-Hasakah countryside. The convoy comprised 30 vehicles, trucks, and tanks carrying logistic supplies.
