Renewed bombardment | Regime forces hit school with Russian-made laser shells

Idlib province: Regime forces have renewed shelling on areas in southern Idlib countryside on Monday morning, targeting positions in Mintaf, Maarabalit, and Maarzaf in the southern countryside of Idlib with Russian-made laser shells.

According to SOHR activists, the regime rocket attacks hit a school in Maarzaf village. However, no casualties have been reported.

It is worth noting that this attack coincides with flights by Russian reconnaissance drones over the southern countryside of Idlib .

Earlier today, SOHR activists reported that Turkish forces fired rockets on regime positions in Kafr Batikh and Harsh Khan Al-Subul near Damascus-Aleppo international highway in the southern countryside of Idlib. However, no casualties were reported. Meanwhile, regime forces renewed their bombardment on frontlines with factions in Sahl Al-Ghab in the north-western countryside of Hama and Jabal Al-Zawiyah in south-west Idlib countryside.

This bombardment came as a part of the ongoing violations of the ceasefire agreement in the “de-escalation zone”.
