Rocket fire | Turkish forces bombard village in Ain Issa countryside

Al-Raqqa province: SOHR activists have monitored a rocket attack carried out by Turkish forces this afternoon, targeting areas in Sayda village in Ain Issa countryside, which is the “capital” of the Autonomous Administration, north of Al-Raqqa. No casualties have been reported so far.

On December 4, SOHR sources reported renewed clashes between factions of the Turkish-backed “National Army” and Syria Democratic Forces near the frontline of Sayda village near M4 highway in Ain Issa countryside in northern Al-Raqqah. The clashes coincided with intensive bombardment by Turkish forces on the region’s frontlines.

While on December 3, SOHR sources reported clashes with medium and heavy weapons between SDF and Turkish-backed factions on Sayda frontlines in Ain Issa countryside in northern Al-Raqqah, near M4 highway. The factions’ attack coincided with intensive rocket fire by Turkish forces on several frontlines in Ain Issa district and surrounding areas.
