Idlib countryside | five members of HTS killed by rocket fire with laser ammunition

SOHR sources have documented the death of five members of Special Forces of the HTS-backed Al-Zubayr Ibn Al-Awwam Brigade after their position in Ma’rblet in Idlib countryside was targeted with a “Krasnopol” shell fired by regime forces by regime forces .

It is worth noting that ” Krasnopol” is a Russian-made advanced laser and heavy artillery shell, and it can hit both static and moving targets at a rang of 25 kilometres.

Observatory sources have just reported that “Al-Fateh Al-Mubeen” operations room targeted, with artillery, positions of regime forces in Saraqib in Idlib countryside, as well as opening heavy machinegun fire on regime forces on frontlines of Maarat Mukhas and Al-Dar Al-Kabira in the southern countryside of Idlib. In addition, opposition factions targeted the frontlines of Urm al-Kubra town in the western countryside of Aleppo by a barrage of missiles.

On the other hand, regime forces bombarded, with high-explosive missiles, Bashnkini area in Idlib countryside between Darat Izza and Termanin, near the administrative border with Idlib province. However, no casualties have been reported so far.

SOHR activists had reported that regime forces fired nearly 50 rockets on Al-Ankawy and Al-A’miqah villages in Sahl Al-Ghab neighbourhood in west Hama. No casualties were reported. The regime rocket fire coincided with flights by Russian reconnaissance drones over the region.

 

Earlier today, SOHR reported the regime forces renewed its arterially attack on areas Banin, Fulifil, Al-Futirah in Jabal Al-Zawiyah in south Idlib countryside. Sources also reported rocket attack by Al-Fatah Al-Mubeen factions on areas under control of the regime forces on Al-Jub Al-Ahmar frontline in north Latakkia countryside.
