Three murders in 24 hours | Syrian and Iraqi women killed in Al-Hawl camp

Al-Hasakah province: As security chaos is alarmingly escalating in “Al-Hawl mini-state” in the far south-eastern region of Al-Hasakah countryside, SOHR activists have reported the second murder since morning, which is the third in the past 24 hours. According to SOHR sources a female Iraqi refugee was shot dead by unknown gunmen, believed to be of ISIS cells, while she was in the camp’s first section.

 

SOHR sources reported earlier this morning that the fourth section of Al-Hawl camp witnessed a new murder, in which a displaced Syrian woman was killed this dawn. The Woman was found with gunshot wounds in the fourth section of the camp. It is believed that the woman was killed by ISIS cells prevalent in Al-Hawl camp.

 

Yesterday, SOHR sources reported that an unidentified woman was found dead on Tuesday morning in a sewage in the fifth section of Al-Hawl camp in Al-Hasakah countryside.

 

This crime came in light of rising crimes in Al-Hawl camp in the far southeast countryside of Al-Hasakah province, which hosted ISIS families.

 

Accordingly, SOHR activists documented the death of five people since the beginning of December, and they were as follows: one Iraqi man, two Syrian woman, one Iraqi woman and an unidentified woman.
