Al-Raqqa | Schoolgirl abducted in plain sight of teachers

SOHR sources reported that “Hawari Boumediene” school in Al-Raqqa witnessed an unprecedented abduction the day before yesterday, when a woman abducted a schoolgirl “Ryan” during the morning assembly in plain sight of teachers, claiming that she is her mother.

Nearly half an hour later, the abducted schoolgirl was found by a taxi driver and returned to school, claiming that he had found her on the street.

The schoolkid said that woman had taken her to an abandoned place and had stolen her jewelry.

In a related context, at “Jawad Anzour” school in Al- Raqqa city, a woman tried to kidnap a girl for the same motives, where the kidnapper and a taxi driver, who was complicit with her, were caught by the school guard, then “Al-Asayish” internal security forces arrested them.

It is worth noting that all Syrian regions, with different dominant forces, are experiencing increasing in unprecedented incidents of chaos and insecurity.
