Al-Qamishly | Al-Asayish forces arrest three Iranian engineers

Al-Hasakah province: Reliable sources informed SOHR that the Internal Security Forces (Al-Asayish) arrested on Thursday three Iranian engineers on the road between Al-Hasakah and Al-Qamisly cities.

According to sources, the Iranian engineers who work in a private company for water desalination have installed four desalination stations in Al-Hasakah city as part of an official contract between Al-Hasakah water institution and the Iranian company. The engineers were arrested by Al-Asayish checkpoint while they were en route to Al-Qamishly Airport after finishing their work amid Russian mediation for their release.
