Infiltration attempt | Two regime soldiers killed while attempting to plant landmines on frontlines in western Aleppo

Aleppo Province: SOHR sources have reported that two regime soldiers were killed, while trying to infiltrate and plant mines on the frontlines of Bala and Meznaz in the western countryside of Aleppo.

Meanwhile, SOHR activists have reported tense calm prevailing in the de-escalation zones, along with sporadic clashes.

Yesterday, SOHR activists reported that clashes with medium and heavy weapons erupted between regime forces and fighting and jihadi factions in Ain Eisa frontline in Jabal al-Turkman north of Latakia, where clashes took place after an attempt by regime forces to advance into the factions’ positions. However, no casualties were reported.

In the same context, regime forces shelled with heavy machine guns the frontlines of the Al-Ankawi village in Sahl Al-Ghab, northwest Hama.

This came days after cautious calm in “Putin-Erdogan” areas.
