Al-Suwaydaa | Civilian shot dead by unidentified persons

Al-Suwaydaa province: As chaos and insecurity prevail across Syrian territory, with different dominant forces, an unidentified young man was found dead with gunshot wounds in Al-Kharej neighbourhood in Al-Suwaydaa. the identity of the perpetrators remains unknown.

On December 25, SOHR activists reported that unidentified gunmen fired a rocket on the police station in Al-Suwaydaa city in the early hours of Saturday morning. No casualties were reported.

That attack coincided with high alert by regime forces in Al-Suwaydaa city, where they were deployed snipers on the roofs of government buildings and erected soil barriers at the security checkpoints.
