Azaz | Demonstrators prevent Ahmad Toa’ma from attending dialogue session

SOHR activists have monitored that tens of civilians in Azaz city north of Aleppo gathered in front of the building where a dialogue session dubbed “Reform of the military and security institutions and discussion detainees file in Astana” planned to be held, where the head of the opposition delegation to the Astana meetings, “Ahmed Toa’ma.” was supposed to attend.

The demonstrators chanted slogans describing “Toa’ma” as “a traitor,” which led to the fail of the session.

The demonstrators also lifted placards with slogans written on them read “Ahmed Toa’ma is a traitor – there is no place for half men in the liberated areas –who thanks Putin, is his partner in his crimes – we want politicians who know the value of blood and sacrifices. Who are not humiliated in Astana airports as you, Toa’ma – our revolution made men.”
