Ninth murder in December | Iraqi refugee killed in Al-Hawl camp

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR activists have documented the death of an Iraqi refugee, after he was shot by a silencer gun in his tent in the fifth section of Al-Hawl camp in Al-Hasakah countryside.

 

According to SOHR statistics, ISIS affiliated carried out nine murders in Al-Hawl camp in December 2021.

 

On December 28, SOHR activists reported that the body of a young man was found in the first sections of Al-Hawl camp, in eastern Al-Hasakah, as he was killed with a sharp tool five days after he had gone missing. It is believed that the victim was kidnapped by unidentified ISIS cells. In the same context, security forces launched security campaigns in Al-Hawl camps.
