Tortured brutally | Young man loses his memory in “Asayish prison” in Manbij, east of Aleppo

Aleppo province: “Asayish” internal security forces released a young man from “Jeb Al-Sha’ara” village in the countryside of Manbij, east of Aleppo, two days ago.

The prisoner was arrested 40 days ago following calling him as a witness in a case.

According to Syrian Observatory activists, “Asayish” patrol threw the young man at Manbij city’s Al-Hayat hospital, losing his memory as a result of being severely tortured in its prisons.

We, at the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, call on the controlling forces and autonomous administration of northern and eastern Syria to punish those who tortured the young man in a brutal manner, which led to his memory loss.
