Russian airstrikes | Civilians, including children, injured by jet hits poultry farm NW of Idlib

In the light of Russia’s ongoing escalation of aerial bombardment on Putin-Erdogan area by targeting vital and service installations, a Russian fighter jet executed three airstrikes on a poultry farm in the vicinity of Armanaz town northwest of Idlib, injuring a family of five, including children, bringing the number of Russian airstrikes on that area during the day to 13

These airstrikes were distributed between the countryside of Idlib and Hama as follow:
• Five raids hit Al-Bara area and its vicinity in Jabal Al-Zawiyah, south of Idlib,
• Two Russian airstrikes fall on the vicinity of Sarmin town, east of Idlib,
• Three strikes bomb a poultry farm in the vicinity of Armanaz town in the northwestern Idlib countryside.
• Three raids target the vicinity of Anakawi village in Sahl Al-Ghab, northwest of Hama

Yesterday, SOHR reliable sources said that Russian fighter jets carried out nearly ten airstrikes, targeting the vicinity of Al-Sheikh Yusuf village in western Idlib countryside, the vicinity of the central prison near Idlib city, and the vicinity of Sejer water station, which feeds Idlib city and its western villages, leaving the station out of action as pipes have been damaged.

Russian airstrikes also hit the eastern outskirts of Al-Arbaeen mountain and Harsh Masebeen in the vicinity of Ariha city near M4 “Aleppo-Latakia” International Highway.

On January 1, SOHR activists documented the death of a woman and two children in airstrikes carried out by Russian fighter jets hitting makeshift tents of displaced people in Al-Nahr Al-Abyad area in the countryside of north Jisr Al-Shughur city, in west Idlib.
