Tartous countryside | Young man gunned down by unidentified gunmen in Dreikish district

Tartous Province: A young man was found dead, after being shot by unidentified gunmen in in Kafr Shagher village of Dreikesh district in Tartous countryside.

The death case came in light of the growing chaos and insecurity across Syrian territory.

On January 1, SOHR activists documented the death of a man in “Jableh” the Syrian coast city, and a girl in the capital Damascus, due to indiscriminate bullets fired heavily by regime soldiers on new year’ eve at Saturday midnight “celebrating the new year”.

Stray bullets also left nearly 20 civilians injured in Lattakia, Hama, Damascus, Aleppo, and Homs, as well as significant material damage to civilian houses and cars.
